threads are the main element of the clicklock system - they configure filtering parameters for your advertising campaigns, and also connect to the system from the outside with their help.
Main settings:

  • tread name - necessary for easy identification of threads in the system. You can set any value.
  • Safe Page - will be displayed to moderators, bots, and all those visitors to your site who will not pass the tread filtering.
    Depending on the settings of your connection script, you can use both local link and public here.

    For example o connect a public page you will need to enter in this field:

    https://example.domain

    But for local connection you will need to enter in this field:

    safepage.html (if the file safepage.html is in the root of the domain, next to the clicklock script), or:

    folder_name/safepage.html (if the safepage.html file is located in the folder_name folder at the root of the domain, next to the clicklock script)
  • Offer Page - will be displayed to all visitors who pass the tread filtering.
    Depending on the settings of your connection script, you can use both local link and public here.

    For example to connect a public page you will need to enter in this field:

    https://example.domain

    But for local connection you will need to enter in this field:

    safepage.html (if the file safepage.html is in the root of the domain, next to the clicklock script), or:

    folder_name/safepage.html (if the safepage.html file is located in the folder_name folder at the root of the domain, next to the clicklock script)
  • add offer page - using this link, you can add more links to different offer pages. This can be useful for performing A/B tests. The rules for specifying links are the same as for the previous field. Additionally - when using multiple offer pages - you must specify the correct percentage of impressions:

    Their sum must be 100%
  • active status - in this mode the tread is fully active. All included filters work, the result of the work depends on the filter settings.
  • pause status - in this mode the tread is paused. All clicks automatically go to the Safe Page.
  • delayed activation status - in this mode, the tread is paused until the specified amount of clicks is reached. That is, if you set 50 clicks to launch, before this amount of clicks is reached, all visitors will be given only a Safe Page. Further, the work will depend on the filtering results.
  • loading mode - this mode sends information to the script that pages should be displayed in loading mode, without redirecting.*
  • redirect mode - this mode sends information to the script that the Offer Page should be processed in the redirect mode. The Safe Page will still be displayed in load mode, no redirection.*
*This setting applies only to preseted connection scripts. In custom connection scripts, you can customize other work logic. You can read more about this in the Connector section.
Main filters:

  • default clicklock core - is the main filtering core. Recommended for most ad campaigns.
  • AI clicklock core - filtering core based on Artificial Intelligence. Constant analysis of traffic and filtering results in the system strengthens the core, and allows you to achieve impressive results. Recommended for problematic advertising campaigns.
  • core of the clicklock community - a unique filtering core. It is a combination of the previous two, additionally takes into account the experience and settings of an active clicklock community. Recommended for problematic advertising campaigns.
  • ipv6 filter - filters users using ipv6 to Safe Page.
  • VPN filter - Filters VPN users on Safe Page.
GEO filter:

  • GEO Country filter - provides traffic filtering depending on the country of the visitor.
  • Filter mode:

    - allow - with this setting, the list of countries is used as allowed. All visitors from countries which is in the list will see the Offer Page. The rest of the visitors will see the Safe Page.

    - disallow - with this setting, the list of countries is used as prohibited. All visitors from the countries on the list will see the Safe Page. Visitors from countries that are not on the list will go to the Offer Page.

    - off - with this setting, the filter by country does not work, the process proceeds to the next filter.
  • Country list - This field contains a list of countries. One country on one line. Country names must be in English. There is a possibility of using the search for countries.
  • GEO City filter - provides traffic filtering depending on the city of the visitor. Works in conjunction with the filter by the visitors country. If the visitor came from a prohibided country but from a permitted city - he will see the Offer Page. If a visitor comes from a permitted country but from a prohibited city - he will see Safe Page.

    If the filter by country is offd, but by city is enabled, only the logic by city works.
  • Filter mode:

    - allow - with this setting, the list of countries is used as allowed. All visitors from countries not on the list will see the Offer Page. The rest of the visitors will see the Safe Page.

    - disallow - with this setting, the list of countries is used as prohibited. All visitors from the countries on the list will see the Safe Page. Visitors from countries that are not on the list will go to the Offer Page.

    - off - with this setting, the filter by country does not work, the process proceeds to the next filter.
  • Cities list - This field contains a list of cities. One city on one line. City names must be in English. There is a possibility of using the search for cities.
IP filter:

  • Filter mode:

    - allow - with this setting, the list of IP addresses is used as allowed. All visitors with IP addresses present in the list will see the Offer Page. The rest of the visitors will see the Safe Page.

    - disallow - with this setting, the list of IP addresses is used as deny. All visitors with IP addresses in the list will see the Safe Page. Visitors with IP addresses that are not in the list will go to Offer Page.

    - off - with this setting, the filter by IP addresses does not work, the process proceeds to the next filter.
  • IP list - in this field you can enter your list of IP addresses. Each address is on a new line. You can insert ipv6 addresses.

    If you need to enter a range of addresses in the same network, do it through a slash - / - for example:

    54.13.45.0/255 will mean that all addresses have been added to the list starting from 54.13.45.0 and ending with 54.13.45.255
ISP filter:

  • Filter mode:

    - allow - with this setting, the list of ISP is used as allowed. All visitors with ISP present in the list will see the Offer Page. The rest of the visitors will see the Safe Page.

    - disallow - with this setting, the list of ISP is used as deny. All visitors with ISP in the list will see the Safe Page. Visitors with ISP that are not in the list will go to Offer Page.

    - off - with this setting, the filter by ISP does not work, the process proceeds to the next filter.
  • ISP list - in this field you can enter your ISP list. Each ISP on a new line.
Devices filter:

  • Filter mode:

    - allow - with this setting, the list of devices is used as allowed. All visitors with devices present in the list will see the Offer Page. The rest of the visitors will see the Safe Page.

    - disallow - with this setting, the list of devices is used as deny. All visitors with devices in the list will see the Safe Page. Visitors with devices that are not in the list will go to Offer Page.

    - off - with this setting, the filter by devices does not work, the process proceeds to the next filter.
  • devices list - here it is necessary to mark the types of devices for which the filter logic will work. For example, if the mode is enabled for "allow", and Windows and Android are checked, then only users of these devices will see the Offer Page. The rest will be shown Safe Page.
Referer filter:

  • Block clicks without referrer - If this option is checked, all direct clicks (with an empty referrer) will be directed to Safe Page.
  • Filter mode:

    - allow - with this setting, the list of referer is used as allowed. All visitors with referer present in the list will see the Offer Page. The rest of the visitors will see the Safe Page.

    - disallow - with this setting, the list of referer is used as deny. All visitors with referer in the list will see the Safe Page. Visitors with referer that are not in the list will go to Offer Page.

    - off - with this setting, the filter by referer does not work, the process proceeds to the next filter.
  • list of referrers - in this field you can enter your list of referrers. Each referrer on a new line.

User-Agent filter:

  • Block clicks without User-agent - If this option is checked, all clicks with an empty User-agent will be directed to Safe Page.
  • Filter mode:

    - allow - with this setting, the list of User-agent is used as allowed. All visitors with User-agent present in the list will see the Offer Page. The rest of the visitors will see the Safe Page.

    - disallow - with this setting, the list of User-agent is used as deny. All visitors with User-agent in the list will see the Safe Page. Visitors with User-agent that are not in the list will go to Offer Page.

    - off - with this setting, the filter by User-agent does not work, the process proceeds to the next filter.
  • User-agent list - in this field you can add your own User-agent list. Each User-agent on a new line.
URL parameters filter:

  • Block clicks without URL parameters - If this option is checked, all clicks without URL parameters will be directed to Safe Page.
  • Filter mode:

    - on - with this setting, the filter by URL parameters works, the output result depends on the settings of the allowed and prohibited parameters.

    - off - with this setting, the filter by URL parameters does not work, the process proceeds to the next filter.
  • list of allowed parameters - in this field you can enter your own list of URL parameters. Each parameter is on a new line. Only parameter names are taken into account. If a visitor clicks on the link without the parameters specified in this field, he will see Safe Page. If he has all of the specified parameters in the link, then the Offer Page will be shown to him.
  • list of prohibited parameters - in this field you can enter your own list of URL parameters. Each parameter is on a new line. Only parameter names are taken into account. If the visitor clicks on the link without the parameters specified in this field, he will see the Offer Page. If he has at least one of the specified parameters in the link, then Safe Page will be shown to him.
URL parameters values:

  • Filter mode:

    - Allow - with this setting, the list of URL parameters rules is used as allowed. All visitors who does not have in the URL line of the pair/pairs parameter=value will see the Safe Page.

    - Disallow - with this setting, the list of URL parameters rules is used as deny. All visitors who has in the URL line of the pair/pairs parameter=value will see the Safe Page. The rest will go to Offer Page.

    - Disable - with this setting, the filter by URL parameter values ​​does not work, the process proceeds to the next filter.
  • Fields - to enter a pair parameter=value
  • Button - to add a new pair parameter=value
In this filter, you can use any desired number of parameter=value pairs.
Time filter:

  • Filter mode:

    - allow - with this setting, the time list is used as allowed. All visitors visiting the site during the time marked in the list will see the Offer Page. The rest of the visitors will see the Safe Page.

    - disallow - with this setting, the time list is used as prohibited. All visitors visiting the site during the time marked in the list will see the Safe Page. Visitors visiting the site at other times will go to the Offer Page.

    - off - with this setting, the time filter does not work, the process proceeds to the next filter.
  • time list - Here you need to mark the selected time periods with which the filter will work.
Clicks stats:

tread statistics are available from several places on the dashboard. The entry point for everyone is the list of threads in the corresponding subsection of the dashboard:

  • tread view - a page with a detailed view of the tread, besides other information, there you can find a link to statistics.
  • statistics - Direct link to click statistics for a specific day.
The statistics page looks like this:



  • day-by-day chart - here you can view statistics on clicks with a day-by-day chart.
  • export to csv - here you can download the csv file for the selected period.
  • selection of statistics period - selection of a specific statistics period: for today, yesterday or all time.
  • tread data - visual information on the settings of the tread and where the connection script is installed.
  • detailed statistics of clicks - a table with details for each click, works in real time.
Day-by-day graph:

Day-by-day click statistics are available from the click statistics page. Details are described in the previous paragraph.



  • click statistic - here you can see detailed click statistic.
  • tread data - visual information on the settings of the tread and where the connection script is installed.
  • clicks chart - a visual graph of clicks for each day during the last month with the ability to download this graph as an image.
  • table of clicks for every day - a convenient table with the ability to view clicks for every day within a month or upload statistics on clicks to csv for the desired day.
Connection:

You can connect a tread to your site using one of the prepared connection scripts. The fastest way to download a default clicklock script is to click on the corresponding button in the list of threads:



You can also do this from the detailed view of threads page, with the difference that it contains a complete list of prepared connection scripts, as well as custom scripts marked for output on this page:



After that, the page of the selected connection* will open, on which, in addition to the detailed data of the connection itself, there will also be links to download the connection file/files:

  • connection data - visual information about the settings of the connection script
  • select a tread - to work with this connection. When you go from the tread page, the tread from which you went will be selected.
  • file download links - for the system to work, you need to download all the files provided on this page and upload them to the root of your advertising domain.
